`respectfully requests oral argument, already scheduled for May 17, 2022 (see Paper

`19 at 10), on the issues raised in the Petition for inter partes review of U.S. Patent
`
`No. 8,197,807 (“the ’807 patent”), any corresponding responses, replies, and sur-
`
`replies, and any related motions.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Patent Owner hereby identifies the following
`
`issues to be argued:
`
`1. Whether Petitioner has established that claims 1-3 of the ’807 patent
`
`are unpatentable over Ex. 1007 (“the ’337 PCT Publication”) or over
`
`Ex. 1008 (“the Cell article”) and Ex. 1015 (“Rosenbloom), including
`
`whether Petitioner has established that Ex. 1007 or Ex. 1008 is prior
`
`art to the ’807 patent.

`Any issues specified by Petitioner in a Request for Oral Argument.
