`REQUESTS FOR ADMISSION TO DEFENDANT,
`PROGRESSIVE CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY

`Come the plaintiffs and submit the following requests for admission to defendant,
`Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, to be answered in writing under oath within forty-five
`(45) days after service of this request, pursuant to Rule 36 of the Rules of Civil Procedure:
`
`1. On July 12, 2024, defendant issued a policy of automobile liability insurance to
`Steven Arriba.
`
`2. That the automobile liability policy issued to Steven Arriba was Policy #931221836.
`
`3. That the automobile liability insurance policy issued by defendant to Steven Arriba
`contained uninsured motorists coverage to the extent of $30,055.00 each person/$60,055.00 each
`accident.
`
`4, That the automobile liability insurance policy mentioned above was in full force and
`effect on October 12, 2024.
`
`5. That the automobile liability insurance policy previously mentioned above contained
`uninsured motorists coverage to the extent of $30,055.00 each person/$60,055.00 each accident
`
`which was in full force and effect on October 12, 2024.

`6. That Steven Arriba and Kasey Arriba were insureds under the automobile liability
`policy containing uninsured motorists coverage which was in effect on October 12, 2024.
`
`7. That the vehicle driven by Miriam Del Socorro Flores-Vallecillo on October 12,
`2024, was an uninsured automobile within the provisions of the insurance policy issued by
`defendant to plaintiffs.
`
`8. That Miriam Del Socorro Flores-Vallecillo was an uninsured motorist within the
`provisions of the insurance policy issued by defendant to plaintiffs.
`
`9. That defendant has not received any information from any liability insurance
`company disclosing that either Miriam Del Socorro Flores-Vallecillo or the 2014 GMC Yukon
`driven by her at the time of the incident alleged in the Complaint was covered by a policy of
`
`liability insurance at the time of the accident.
