`Pursuant to the stipulation by the parties, the Court orders:
`1.
`This case is hereby stayed pending the earlier of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth
`Circuit’s resolution of the appeal pending in Friends of the Earth v. Sanderson Farms, Inc., No. 19-16669
`(9th Cir.), or until April 2, 2020.
`2.
`In the event the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit renders a decision in Friends
`of the Earth v. Sanderson Farms, Inc., No. 19-16669 (9th Cir.) by April 2, 2020, Sanderson shall file its
`responsive pleading within twenty-one (21) days of such decision.
`3.
`In the event the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has not rendered a decision in
`Friends of the Earth v. Sanderson Farms, Inc., No. 19-16669 (9th Cir.) by April 2, 2020, the parties shall
`meet and confer during the week of April 5, 2020 about scheduling.
`4.
`Following any such meet-and-confer, or within twenty-one (21) days of the Ninth Circuit’s
`decision in the Friends of the Earth appeal, the parties shall file an additional Joint Case Management
`Statement with the Court.
`
`PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
