` MINUTE entry before the Honorable Maria Valdez: Plaintiffs' Amended Motion
`to Extend the Fact Discovery Deadline and to Increase the Number of Depositions
`Permitted Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(a)(2) [440] [441] is granted. The Court finds that there
`is good cause to extend the existing discovery deadline. The Court enters the following
`modified discovery schedule: the parties shall serve written fact discovery and third−party
`subpoenas for documents by 10/1/22; the parties are to complete all document productions
`by 11/15/22; all written and oral fact discovery shall be completed by 12/23/22; and
`requests for admission must be served in time for the answers to become due on or before
`the 12/23/22 discovery cutoff. No further extensions will be granted. Additionally, in light
`of the complex nature of this proceeding and the number of parties, the Court increases
`the number of depositions permitted to be taken by each party to twenty. See Fed. R. Civ.
`P. 30(a)(2). The parties' briefing references various ongoing discovery disputes. The
`parties are strongly encouraged to work through any discovery disputes so as to obviate
`the need for Court intervention. The parties are to file a joint status report on discovery by
`10/4/22. Plaintiffs' motion for leave to file a reply brief in support of their motion to
