`For the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum opinion, it is this 16th day of
`
`September, 2020, ORDERED that Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss, ECF 341, 342, 343, 344, 349,
`
`350, 351, 353, are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The Motions are granted with respect
`
`to Count I of Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint, ECF 258, for all Defendants except Fieldale,
`
`Butterball, and WMS. The Motions are granted with respect to Count II of Plaintiffs’ Amended
`
`Complaint for all Defendants except Fieldale, Butterball, Peco Foods, Agri Stats, and WMS.
`
`Where dismissal is granted, the claims shall be dismissed without prejudice and Plaintiffs will be
`
`afforded thirty days in which to seek leave to file a second Amended Complaint.
`
`
`
`Plaintiffs are ordered to confer, by September 23, 2020, with counsel for the five remaining
`
`Defendants and advise if they intend to seek leave to file a second Amended Complaint, to avoid
`
`those Defendants filing an Answer to this Amended Complaint only to have to respond again to
`
`an amended version.
