`against an insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring,

`Activities (for use with Products/Completed Operations Liability Coverage Part) (CG

`a. Description of Changes
`This endorsement is revised to reinforce that the exclusion applies even if claims
`against an insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing in the supervision, hiring,
`employment,
`training or monitoring of others, or providing or failing to provide
`transportation with respect to any person that may be under the influence of alcohol.
`Impact on Coverage
`There is no impact on coverage.
`7. Habitational Extension Endorsement (SP 189)
`a. Description of Changes
`The following highlights the more substantive changes being introduced with the new
`edition of this form:
`(1) Blanket Named Insured coverage has been added for any other organization,
`other than a partnership or joint venture, over which the Named Insured
`maintains ownership or majority interest;
`(2) The “Damage To Premises Rented To You Extension” has been revised to
`specifically identify the perils to which the coverage applies. Additionally, the
`limit of insurance for this coverage has been increased from $100,000 to
`$300,000.
`(3) Existing Blanket Additional Insured language has been revised for consistency
`with the corresponding ISO endorsements. Additionally, Blanket Additional
`Insured coverage has been added for vendors;
`(4) Coverage for “Incidental Medical Malpractice” has been added;
`(5) The definition of “Bodily Injury” has been broadened to provide coverage for
`humiliation, mental anguish, mental injury or shock which results from a physical
`injury;
`(6) Coverage has been added for injuries to co-employees;
`(7) The definition of “personal injury” has been revised to provide coverage for
`losses resulting from discrimination and humiliation that results in injury to an
`individual’s feelings or reputation.
`Impact on Coverage
`Overall, the coverage changes being introduced with the revised form result in a
`broadening in coverage.

`CG 21 09 – Exclusion – Unmanned Aircraft
`When this endorsement is attached to your policy, coverage is excluded with respect to bodily injury and property
`damage arising out of the ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any unmanned aircraft.
`In addition, this endorsement excludes coverage with respect to personal and advertising injury arising out of the
`ownership, maintenance, use or entrustment to others of any unmanned aircraft, with certain exceptions.
`The attachment of this endorsement is viewed as a clarification of coverage intent and, therefore, does not result
`in any change in coverage as such losses would not have been covered before the attachment of this
`endorsement.

`COMMON POLICY CONDITIONSAll Coverage Parts included in this policy are subject to the following conditions.A.Cancellation1.The first Named Insured shown in the Declara-tions may cancel this policy by mailing or de-livering to us advance written notice of cancel-lation.2.We may cancel this policy by mailing or deliv-ering to the first Named Insured written noticeof cancellation at least:a.10 days before the effective date of cancel-lation if we cancel for nonpayment of pre-mium; orb.30 days before the effective date of cancel-lation if we cancel for any other reason.3.We will mail or deliver our notice to the firstNamed Insured's last mailing address known tous.4.Notice of cancellation will state the effectivedate of cancellation. The policy period will endon that date.5.If this policy is cancelled, we will send the firstNamed Insured any premium refund due. If wecancel, the refund will be pro rata. If the firstNamed Insured cancels, the refund may beless than pro rata. ` 1. The insurance does not apply:
` A. Under any Liability Coverage, to "bodily injury"
`or "property damage":
`(1) With respect to which an "insured" under
`the policy is also an insured under a nuclear
`energy liability policy issued by Nuclear En-
`ergy Liability Insurance Association, Mutual
`Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters, Nu-
`clear Insurance Association of Canada or
`any of their successors, or would be an in-
`sured under any such policy but for its ter-
`mination upon exhaustion of its limit of liabil-
`ity; or
`(2) Resulting from the "hazardous properties"
`of "nuclear material" and with respect to
`which (a) any person or organization is re-
`quired to maintain financial protection pur-
`suant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, or
`any law amendatory thereof, or (b) the "in-
`sured" is, or had this policy not been issued
`would be, entitled to indemnity from the
`United States of America, or any agency
`thereof, under any agreement entered into
`by the United States of America, or any
`agency thereof, with any person or organi-
`zation.
` B. Under any Medical Payments coverage, to
`expenses incurred with respect to "bodily injury"
`resulting from the "hazardous properties" of
`"nuclear material" and arising out of the opera-
`tion of a "nuclear facility" by any person or or-
`ganization.

` C. Under any Liability Coverage, to "bodily injury"
`or "property damage" resulting from "hazardous
`properties" of "nuclear material", if:
`(1) The "nuclear material" (a) is at any "nuclear
`facility" owned by, or operated by or on be-
`half of, an "insured" or (b) has been dis-
`charged or dispersed therefrom;
`(2) The "nuclear material" is contained in "spent
`fuel" or "waste" at any time possessed,
`handled, used, processed, stored, trans-
`ported or disposed of, by or on behalf of an
`"insured"; or
`(3) The "bodily injury" or "property damage"
`arises out of the furnishing by an "insured"
`of services, materials, parts or equipment in
`connection with the planning, construction,
`maintenance, operation or use of any "nu-
`clear facility", but if such facility is located
`within the United States of America, its terri-
`tories or possessions or Canada, this exclu-
`sion (3) applies only to "property damage" to
`such "nuclear facility" and any property
`thereat.
` 2. As used in this endorsement:
`"Hazardous properties" includes radioactive, toxic
`or explosive properties.
`"Nuclear material" means "source material", "Spe-
`cial nuclear material" or "by-product material".

`"Source material", "special nuclear material", and
`"by-product material" have the meanings given
`them in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 or in any
`law amendatory thereof.
`"Spent fuel" means any fuel element or fuel com-
`ponent, solid or liquid, which has been used or ex-
`posed to radiation in a "nuclear reactor".
`"Waste" means any waste material (a) containing
`"by-product material" other than the tailings or
`wastes produced by the extraction or concentration
`of uranium or thorium from any ore processed pri-
`marily for its "source material" content, and (b) re-
`sulting from the operation by any person or organi-
`zation of any "nuclear facility" included under the
`first two paragraphs of the definition of "nuclear fa-
`cility".
`"Nuclear facility" means:
`(a) Any "nuclear reactor";
`(b) Any equipment or device designed or used for
`(1) separating the isotopes of uranium or pluto-
`nium, (2) processing or utilizing "spent fuel", or
`(3) handling, processing or packaging "waste";

`ing, fabricating or alloying of "special nuclear
`material" if at any time the total amount of such
`material in the custod
