`(“RDMI” or “Patent Owner’)) is the real party-in-interest. RDMI is a corporation
`organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, having a principal place of
`business at 401 East Las Olas Boulevard, Suite No. 1400, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33138.
`RDMI owns the entire right, title, and interest in U.S. Patent 6,101,534 (the “’534
`Patent”). The assignment of ownership was recorded with the United States Patent and
`Trademark Office on August 7, 2013, at Reel 30974, Frame 338.

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2), the’534 Patent is the subject of currently-
`pending litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of
`California styled as follows: Rothschild Digital Media Innovations, LLC v. Sony
