`Patent Owner’s Motions for Pro Hac Vice Admission of
`Daniel A. Zaheer and Michael Ng

`Patent Owner filed motions requesting pro hac vice admission of
`Daniel A. Zaheer and Michael Ng in the instant proceeding and submitted
`declarations from Messrs. Zaheer and Ng in support of the motions. Paper

`9, 10; Exs. 2014, 2015.2 Petitioner did not oppose the motions. Based on
`the facts set forth in the motions and the supporting declarations, we
`conclude that Patent Owner has established good cause for Messrs. Zaheer’s
`and Ng’s pro hac vice admission in the instant proceeding. See 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.10(c); Unified Patents, Inc. v. Parallel Iron, LLC, Case IPR2013-
`00639, slip op. at 3–4 (PTAB Oct. 15, 2013) (Paper 7). Patent Owner’s lead
`counsel, Miranda Y. Jones, is a registered practitioner. Paper 7, 2.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motions for pro hac vice admission
`of Daniel A. Zaheer and Michael Ng are granted, and Messrs. Zaheer and
`Ng are authorized to represent Patent Owner as back-up counsel in the
`instant proceeding only;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner is to continue to have a
`registered practitioner as lead counsel in the instant proceeding;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Messrs. Zaheer and Ng are to comply
`with the Office Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756 (Aug. 14,
`2012), and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Title 37,
`Part 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Messrs. Zaheer and Ng are subject to the
`USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et
`seq. and the Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a).
