`1 This Order addresses the same matter in all four identified proceedings.
`We, therefore, exercise our discretion to issue one Order in each identified
`proceeding. The parties are not authorized to use this style heading for any
`subsequent papers.

`As authorized in the Notice of Filing Date Accorded to Petition (Paper 3),

`Patent Owner, Kolcraft Enterprises Inc. (“Kolcraft”), moves for admission pro hac
`vice of Mr. Raymond P. Niro, Jr. (Papers 6 or 7, “Motion”).2&3 Petitioner, Graco
`Children’s Products Inc., filed no opposition to the Motion. The Motion is
`granted. See 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c); see also IPR2013-00639, Paper 7 (setting forth
`requirements for pro hac vice admission).4
`It is
`ORDERED that the Motion seeking admission pro hac vice for Raymond P.
`
`Niro, Jr. is granted;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Raymond P. Niro, Jr. is authorized to represent
`Kolcraft as back-up counsel in this proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that a registered practitioner must remain as lead
`counsel throughout the proceeding;
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Raymond P. Niro, Jr. is to comply with the
`Office Patent Trial Practice Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as
`set forth in Part 42 of the C.F.R.; and
`
`FURTHER ORDERED that Raymond P. Niro, Jr. is to be subject to the
`Office’s disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the USPTO
`Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et. seq.
`
