`Petitioner’s request for a refund of certain post-institution fees paid on
`May 13, 2016, in the above proceeding is hereby granted. The amount of
`$20,400.00 has been refunded to Petitioner’s deposit account. This amount
`includes an additional $6,400.00 for post-institution claims in excess of 15,
`which were not included in the Petitioner’s request.
`The parties are reminded that unless otherwise permitted by 37 C.F.R.
