`Patent No. 8,088,250 and U.S. Patent No. 8,465,623 from their dates of issue

`until those rights were assigned to Ecolab USA Inc. on December 31, 2014.

`Nalco Company LLC holds an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No.

`8,088,250 and U.S. Patent No. 8,465,623 granted by Ecolab USA Inc.
