`Granting Patent Owner’s Motion for
`Pro Hac Vice Admission of Rachel Zimmerman Scobie
`37 C.F.R. § 42.10

`1 This Decision addresses similar issues in two cases. We exercise our
`discretion to issue a single Decision, to be filed in each case. The parties are
`not authorized to use this style heading for any subsequent papers.

`Having considered Patent Owner’s Motion for Pro Hac Vice
`
`Admission of Rachel Zimmerman Scobie (Paper 72) and the Declaration of
`Rachel Zimmerman Scobie (Ex. 2001) filed in support, it is:
`ORDERED that Patent Owner’s motion for pro hac vice admission of
`Ms. Scobie is granted; Ms. Scobie is authorized to represent Patent Owner
`only as back-up counsel in the instant proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Patent Owner shall continue to have a
`registered practitioner represent it as lead counsel for the instant
`proceedings;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Scobie is to comply with the Office
`Patent Trial Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. 48756 (Aug. 14, 2012), and the
`Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials, as set forth in Part 42 of Title 37, Code
`of Federal Regulations; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Ms. Scobie is to be subject to the Office’s
`disciplinary jurisdiction under 37 C.F.R. § 11.19(a), and the USPTO Rules
`of Professional Conduct set forth in 37 C.F.R. §§ 11.101 et seq.
