`On July 8, 2016, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd.
`
`(Petitioner) filed a petition for inter partes review of claims 18, 19, 30-36, and 47-
`
`51 of U.S. Patent No. RE41,980, Paper No. 2. The Board denied institution in
`
`Paper No. 11, dated March 30, 2017. In accordance with 37 C.F.R. 42.15(a)(2),
`
`the post-institution fees paid at the time of filing should be returned. Petitioner
`
`hereby requests a refund of $14,000 for the post-institution fees in the case of
`
`IPR2016-01331.
`
`The payment was provided via credit card and processed in Patent Review
`
`Processing System (PRPS) on July 8, 2016. Upon review and approval of this
`
`request, we respectfully request the Board credit the requested amount to
`
`Petitioner. The amount may be (1) credited to the American Express account from
`
`which payment was provided (card number ending 2001); or (2) deposited into
`
