`FEES PURSUANT TO 37 C.F.R 42.15(A) FOR INTER PARTES REVIEW
`
`On July 19, 2016, Petitioner, CareFusion Corporation, filed a Petition for
`
`Inter Partes review in the above-referenced case concerning U.S. Patent No.
`
`5,782,805 (the “’805 Patent”). At the time of filing, Petitioner made a payment of
`
`$14,000 for the Inter Partes Review Post-Institution Fee and $5,200 for the Inter
`
`Partes Post Institution Request for claims in excess of 15.
`
`On February 6, 2017, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“the Board”)
`
`issued its decision denying review. Accordingly, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.15(a)(2) and (4), Petitioner respectfully requests a refund of the $19,200 in
`
`post-institution fees paid at the time of filing. Petitioner asks that the Board
`
`refund the requested amount by depositing it into the account through which
`
`payment was made.
