`The Office received a request for Director Review of the Final
`Written Decision on Remand from the United States Court of Appeals for
`the Federal Circuit in each of the above-captioned cases. See Paper 85;2
`Ex. 3100. Director Vidal is recused from these matters, and the requests
`were referred to me.
`Upon consideration of the requests, it is:
`ORDERED that the requests for Director Review are denied; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s Final
`Written Decisions in these cases are the final decisions of the agency.
