`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c)(2), Patent Owner, Neurelis, Inc. (“Neurelis”)

`respectfully notifies the Board of its intent to designate Timothy P. Best, a

`provisionally recognized PTAB attorney, as back-up counsel in this proceeding.

`Neurelis seeks the counsel of Timothy P. Best due to his experience representing
`
`Neurelis in related patent matters and his familiarity with the substantive and legal
`
`issues involved in this proceeding. The Board most recently granted pro hac vice
`
`admission of Timothy P. Best in IPR2023-00731 and IPR2023-00732. See
`
`IPR2023-00731, Paper 12 (PTAB July 12, 2023).
