`DEFENDANTS’ NOTICE OF NON-PARTY SUBPOENAS
` PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Federal Rules of Federal Rules of Civil
`Procedure 26, 30, 34(c) and 45, counsel for Defendants Padagis LLC, Padagis US LLC, and
`Padagis Israel Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (“Padagis”) caused to be served Subpoenas Ad Testificandum
`and Subpoenas Duces Tecum and on May 13, 2025, upon the following non-party inventors
`commanding the production of documents set forth in the subpoenas attached hereto; and pursuant
`to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 30(b)(1) and 45, Padagis, by and through their undersigned
`counsel, will take the depositions of the following non-party inventors at the date, time and place
`set forth in the attached subpoenas.
`PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of
`Civil Procedure, the depositions will be recorded stenographically, by audio, by video, and/or
`audiovisually. Padagis also reserves the right to use Livenote or other technology for real-time
`transcription of the testimony.
