`“Parties”) previously gave notice to the Court that they have reached a settlement in principle

`[Doc. 120]. The Parties are currently drafting the final settlement agreement. The Parties anticipate
`
`finalizing the settlement agreement and filing any necessary papers with the Court within 30 days.
`
`Southwest hereby requests the Court stay all pending deadlines until the parties complete
`
`the final settlement agreement and the Court disposes of this case pursuant to that agreement.
`
`Defendants Kiwi.com, Inc. and Kiwi.com s.r.o. are unopposed to this Motion.
