Judge the Defendant, not later than Friday, February 5, 2010. Accordingly, provided that Defendant files the waiver of speedy trial rights, the o ral motion to continue trial is GRANTED and this case is continued to the April 2010 trial term with jury selection to be held on March 29, 2010. The United States is ORDERED to notify the Court as to the decision of the United States Probation Office.
