PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) is the federal court system's own document access fee, currently $0.10 per page capped at $3 per document. On the Flat-Fee plan, PACER fees are billed separately at cost. On Pay-As-You-Go, PACER fees are not applicable since those documents are accessed directly.
