`On July 6, 2011, this Court entered an order dismissing plaintiffs’ claims

`against separate defendant, Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) without prejudice.

`Therefore, Ford respectfully moves the Court for the dismissal of its cross-claims
`
`filed against all other defendants and a dismissal of all cross-claims filed by other
`
`defendants against Ford. This motion is made as a matter of right pursuant to
`
`Ark.R.CiV.P. 41, and said cross-claims should be dismissed Without prejudice.
`
`WHEREFORE, Ford Motor Company prays that its cross-claim be dismissed
`
`as to all other defendants Without prejudice, and all other defendants’ cross-claims
`
`against Ford Motor Company be dismissed, without prejudice.
