`
`Now on this date comes on before the Court the Trustee’s Application for Approval of
`
`Attorneys Fees and Reimbursement of Costs, and the Court, being well and sufficiently advised as
`
`to all matters of fact and law herein, finds as follows:
`
`1. The Trustee, R. Ray Fulmer, II, employed Ledbetter, Cogbill, Arnold & Harrison, LLP,
`
`as attorneys for the estate in the performance of duties imposed upon him by law and the orders of
`
`this Court.
`
`2. The employment of Ledbetter, Cogbill, Arnold & Harrison, LLP, authorizing payment
`
`of professional fees at the hourly rate of $200.00 plus out-of-pocket expenses incurred was approved
`
`by Order of this Court on July 22, 2014.
`
`3. On or about March 15, 2021, the Trustee, R. Ray Fulmer, II, filed his Application for
`
`Approval of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Costs with this Court and no objections were
`
`filed within the time set forth in said Application.
`
`4. On or about April 5, 2021, the United States Trustee filed comments with respect to the
`
`Application for Attorneys’ Fees and and Reimbursement of Costs stating that the United States
`
`Trustee had no objection.
`

`5. Pursuant to the Order of this Court, Ledbetter, Cogbill, Arnold & Harrison, LLP, as
`
`attorneys for the estate, are entitled to Five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty and 00/100 Dollars
`
`[$5,740.00] in attorneys’ fees and Reimbursement of Costs in the amount of Three Thousand Sixty-
`
`Seven and 37/100 Dollars, [$3,067.37] and the Trustee, R. Ray Fulmer, II, is hereby authorized to
`
`make payment to said attorneys in these amounts from the assets of the estate.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
`
