`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT at 8:30 a.m. on October 20, 2014, in

`Courtroom 750 of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and United States
`Courthouse, located at 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012-3332, the
`Honorable John A. Kronstadt presiding, defendants Volkswagen Group of America,
`Inc. and Bentley Motors, Inc. will and hereby do move the court for an order
`dismissing the willful infringement claims of plaintiff Signal IP, Inc. pursuant to
`Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
`
`This motion is made following the conference of counsel pursuant to L.R. 7-
`3 which took place on July 21, 2014.
`
`This is a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can
`be granted, made pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
`This motion is based on this Notice of Motion, the accompanying Memorandum of
`Points and Authorities in Support, all pleadings and other papers filed and court
`orders entered in the above-captioned action, and upon such other matters as may
`be presented to or considered by the court.
