`On September 8 and 22, 2020, SimpleAir and Google participated in

`mediation. On September 25, 2020, the parties agreed, in binding form, to resolve
`
`
`
`in principle both cases before this Court.
`

`To allow the parties time to finalize the resolution, which will then be

`
`
`followed by dismissal papers, the parties request that the Court stay all deadlines in
`
`
`
`both of the above-captioned cases for a period of 30 days.
