`On December 18, 2023, the parties submitted a joint status report informing the
`Court that there were no further updates on the Singapore Arbitration. (ECF No. 169.)
`On December 20, 2023, the Court directed the parties to file another joint status report
`regarding the Singapore Arbitration by February 19, 2024, and continued the
`scheduled December 21, 2023 status conference to February 22, 2024. (ECF No. 171.)
`The parties respectfully submit the following status report in compliance with the
`Court’s order.
`Plaintiffs have been informed that the Singapore Arbitration Tribunal recently
`submitted its final award to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s Registrar
`for review and approval. Plaintiffs understand that the Registrar’s review and approval
`process usually takes between 1–2 months. However, it may take longer depending
`on the number of issues the Registrar identifies for comment. Once review and
`approval is complete, the final award will be issued.
`Based on this update, the parties respectfully request filing a joint status report
`on March 18, 2024 and continuing the currently scheduled February 22, 2024 status
`conference to March 21, 2024, or as the Court deems appropriate.
