`On February 16, 2024, the parties submitted a Joint Status Report informing the
`Court that the Singapore Arbitration Tribunal had recently submitted its final award to
`the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s Registrar for review and approval,
`prior to its final issuance, which was anticipated to take between 1-2 months. (ECF
`No. 173.) On February 21, 2024, the Court directed the parties to file another Joint
`Status Report regarding the Singapore Arbitration by March 26, 2024, and continued
`the scheduled February 22, 2024 Status Conference to March 28, 2024. (ECF No.
`175.) The parties respectfully submit the following Joint Status report in compliance
`with the Court’s Order.
`The Singapore Arbitration Tribunal’s Final Award was recently issued to the
`parties in that arbitration on March 13, 2024. The Final Award impacts the claims
`asserted in the Complaint, as well as what claims the Plaintiffs may assert against the
`Defendants. For that reason, Plaintiffs require some time to assess how to proceed
`with this case.
`Given the foregoing, the parties respectfully request continuing the currently
`scheduled March 28, 2024 status conference by 30 days, until April 29, 2024, or as
`soon thereafter as the Court deems appropriate, so that the parties may confer and
`determine how to further proceed with this case in light of the Final Award. To that
`end, the parties also request filing a further Joint Status Report on April 26, 2024.
