`a nd other cases were removed deleted or destoyed and a data breach complaint has been filed
`with the FBI IC3 and FCC- Googles attorneys and opposing council for everlywell were notified
`on or about 1/22/24 through 1/29/24 through phone calls faxes and email. They did not
`respond to this isue at all. however They did oppose the extension

`Plainitiff disease and illness from covid 19 exposure in January 2024 caused plainitff weakend
`i mmune system which plaintiff was required to be treated on 1/29/24(exhibit} required plainittf
`to file his exparte for an extension of time on 1/30/24. Plaintiff illness progressed during this
`time and palintiff was hospitalized on 2/5/24 and plainitff is still recovering from treatment.

`Everlywell. I have been vewry ill againand might be diagnosed with covid again (exhibit) and
`needed to seek medical treatment on 1/29/24 (exhibti) I contacted opposing council on
`1/29/24 and let them know i will be filing the exparte but on turesday 1/30/24 so that I could
`recover from treatmewnt on 1/29/24 (exhibit) I will be in the hospital 1/30/24 for more
`treatment.

`Plaintiff contracted covid 19 in Jasnuav which weakened palintiffs immune system. plaintiff
`reuired to seek treatment for infection on 1/29/24 and could not file exparte document until
`1/30/24 (exhibit. Plainittiff illness progresses and plainitff was hospitalized on 2/5/24 and
`again on 2/11/24 and again on 2/15/24 and is currently recovering (exhibit)

`Plaintiff has been unable to move properly and walk due to healing and rest requiremnt of ulcer
`and absyss and medications. plaintiff has been carfully quarentines due to absyss and infection

`On 2/15/24 my illness progressed to lymphoma (exhibit) I was admitted to the emergent'
`room and the attending physician is clearing me though 2/26/24

`certain parts of first amended complaint and evidence whic was lost in the data hacking
`scheme .

`Plaintiff Is updating the court on 2/16/24 prior to the hearing. Plaintiff has noticed that google
`has not responded in its opposition to plaintiffs allegation of tampering and hacking of plaintiffs
`data and device. GOOGLE WAS NOTIFIED OF THIS ON OR ABOUT 1/19/24.

`of plaintiffs life and parnerships and banking using this technology scheme used to oppress ans

`has not responded in its opposition to plaintiffs allegation of tampering and hacking of plaintiffs
`data and device. GOOGLE WAS NOTIFIED OF THIS ON OR ABOUT 1/19/24.

`FEDERAL COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS AND plaintiffs DECLARATION,

`Plaintiff has not recovered this data but the loss of information does tell the plaintiff who is
`responsible and indicates tampering on a higher level and tortious interference in other aspects
`of plaintiffs life and parnerships and banking using this technology scheme used to oppress ans
`supress evidence and plaintiff.

`This council has been specific to only handle certain aspects of the case and mentioned I will
`require additional council for computer fraud and intellectual property issues

`work again in 7 days or on about 2/19/24 after healing and infections are safe to be able to be
