`Before the Court is Plaintiff Nautilus, Inc.’s Notice of Motion and Motion for
`Order Allowing Alternative Service. (Doc. 60.) Having considered the motion and
`finding good cause shown for granting the requested relief, the Court hereby
`GRANTS the motion and ORDERS:
`1. Plaintiff shall serve Defendants Vevor Corporation and Vevor Inc.
`(“Defendants”) through electronic means by:
`a. emailing a copy of the Complaint and summons to Defendants at
`support@vevor.com; and
`b. emailing a copy of the Complaint and summons to Defendants at
`tan.xu@qq.com.
`2. Within 14 days of service via the electronic means described above, Plaintiff
`shall file with the Court proof of service confirming that the Complaint and
`summons were sent by email to support@vevor.com and tan.xu@qq.com.
`The Court FINDS and DECREES that service of process through the foregoing
`means will provide adequate notice to Defendants of the pendency of this lawsuit and
`allow an opportunity to respond.
