`On March 3, 2026, Plaintiff Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (the
`“Bureau”) filed an Application for Leave to File Under Seal Portions of the
`Plaintiff’s Supplemental Memorandum in Support of its Motion to Compel and
`associated supporting materials (the “Application”) in the above-captioned case.
`The Application requests that the Court seal designated portions of the
`Supplemental Memorandum and supporting materials submitted by the Bureau.
`

`1. Portions of the Plaintiff’s Supplemental Memorandum in Support of its
`Motion to Compel, as 1dentified for redaction and filed by the Bureau on
`March 3, 2026.
`
`2. Portions of the Supplemental Declaration of Michael Petron, as
`identified for redaction and filed by the Bureau on March 3, 2026.
`
`The Application asserts that the highlighted portions of the above-referenced
`documents should be sealed because they contain information relating to a) the
`Bureau’s confidential investigation and related materials, b) EIS’s proprietary
`business information, and c) related confidential communications and documents
`exchanged between the Bureau and EIS during the Bureau’s pre-suit investigation
`of EIS.
`
`The Court finds that there 1s good cause to seal the 1dentified portions of the
`Proposed Sealed Materials and ORDERS that Plaintiff’s Application 1s
`GRANTED.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
