`Pursuant to the Court’s June 15, 2016 Order Staying Action (Dkt. 205), Plaintiff Core
`
`Wireless Licensing, S.a.r.l. (“Core Wireless”) and Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) submit this
`
`joint status report.
`
`On June 15, 2016, the Court stayed this case “in its entirety pending the IPR
`
`proceedings.” Id. The status of these IPR proceedings is summarized below:
`
`1. U.S. Patent No. 7,693,552 (IPR2015-01902): The Board issued a Final Written
`
`Decision on January 27, 2017, finding all instituted claims to be unpatentable. Claim
`
`21 was challenged but not instituted. No request for rehearing or Notice of Appeal
`
`was filed before the requisite deadline.
`
`2. U.S. Patent No. 8,498,671 (IPR2015-01983): The Board issued a Final Written
`
`Decision on February 16, 2017, finding all instituted claims to be unpatentable. No
`
`request for rehearing or Notice of Appeal was filed before the requisite deadline.
`
`3. U.S. Patent No. 8,434,020: The Board issued a Final Written Decision on LG
`
`Electronics, Inc.’s Petition (IPR2015-01984) on March 15, 2017, finding all
`
`instituted claims not unpatentable. Petitioner LG Electronics, Inc. filed a Notice of
`
`Appeal on May 12, 2017. The Federal Circuit joined the appeal of IPR2015-01984
`
`with IPR-01985. Briefing of the appeals was completed on April 16, 2018. The
`
`parties await oral argument. The Board issued a Final Written Decision on Apple’s
`
`Petition (IPR2015-01898) on March 15, 2017, finding all instituted claims to be
`
`unpatentable. Core Wireless filed a request for rehearing on April 14, 2017. The
`
`Board denied the request on September 13, 2017. Core Wireless appealed to the
`
`Federal Circuit. The Federal Circuit joined the -1899 appeal with the -1898 appeal.
`
`Apple’s response brief is due July 6, 2018.
`
`4. U.S. Patent No. 8,713,476: The Board issued a Final Written Decision on LG
`
`Electronics, Inc.’s Petition (IPR2015-01985) on March 15, 2017, finding all
`
`instituted claims to be not unpatentable. Petitioner LG Electronics, Inc. filed a
`
`Notice of Appeal on May 12, 2017. The Federal Circuit joined the appeal of
`
`IPR2015-01984 with IPR-01985. Briefing of the appeals was completed on April
