`Plaintiffs and Counterclaim-Defendants Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Huawei Device

`USA, Inc., and Huawei Technologies USA, Inc., and Counterclaim-Defendant HiSilicon

`Technologies Co., Ltd. (collectively, “Huawei”) have brought an Unopposed Motion to Vacate the
`
`Order Granting Samsung’s Motion for Antisuit Injunction.
`
`Having considered Huawei’s unopposed motion, the Court GRANTS the motion and
`
`ORDERS that the Court’s Order on Samsung’s motion for an antisuit injunction (Dkt. 280
`
`(unsealed) and Dkt. 281 (sealed)) is hereby VACATED.
