`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, as of July 7, 2023, Patrick D. Robbins withdraws his
`appearance as counsel for Defendants Uber Technologies, Inc., et al., (“Defendants”) in the above-
`captioned litigation and requests that his name be removed from the Court’s and parties’ service
`lists. Effective July 7, 2023, Mr. Robbins is departing Shearman & Sterling LLP and will no
`longer be associated with the firm. Daniel H.R. Laguardia of Shearman & Sterling LLP is a
`member of the Bar of this Court and will continue to serve as counsel of record for Defendants.
`Accordingly, it is hereby requested that the Court remove Mr. Robbins from the docket of
`this case and his name and email address from the service list that is on file with the Court in this
`action.
