`WHEREAS, on September 29, 2025 the Court granted Meta’s motion for summary
`judgment on the claims of Plaintiffs Klein, Grabert, and Banks Kupcho (“Plaintiffs”) and entered
`judgment in Meta’s favor. Dkts. 1000, 1001.
`WHEREAS, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d) and Civil Local Rules 54-1 & 54-2, the
`deadline for Meta to serve and file a bill of costs is 14 days after entry of judgment, and the deadline
`for Plaintiffs to serve and file any objections to Meta’s bill of costs is 14 days after Meta serves its
`bill of costs.
`WHEREAS, Plaintiffs intend to appeal the judgment.
`WHEREAS, the final amount of costs to which Meta may be entitled may depend on costs
`incurred on by Meta in connection with any appeal of this Court’s judgment by Plaintiffs, and
`Meta’s entitlement to costs may be affected by the resolution of any appeal. See Fed. R. App. P.
`39(e); Civil Local Rules 54-1(a) & 54-3(g); Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d)(1).
`WHEREAS, to reduce burden on the Court and the parties , and avoid potentially
`unnecessary or duplicative briefing on cost requests, the parties respectfully propose the relevant
`deadlines be extended as set forth below.
`NOW, THEREFORE IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED SUBJECT TO THE
`COURT’S APPROVAL:
`• Meta shall have until 45 days after the Court receives the Ninth Circuit’s mandate
`in Plaintiffs’ appeal to file a bill of costs, and any objections thereto shall be due
`45 days after the bill of costs is filed.
`IT IS SO STIPULATED.
