`Pursuant to Local Rules 6-2(a) and 7-12, Plaintiff ChromaCode, Inc. (“ChromaCode”) and
`Defendant Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (“Bio-Rad”), by and through their respective counsel of
`record, hereby stipulate to extend the deadline for ChromaCode to answer or otherwise respond to
`Bio-Rad’s counterclaims.
`WHEREAS, ChromaCode served the Complaint on September 22, 2023 (Dkt. No. 1);
`WHEREAS, Bio-Rad filed its Answer and Counterclaims on November 8, 2023 (Dkt.
`No. 27);
`WHEREAS, the current deadline for ChromaCode to answer or otherwise respond to Bio-
`Rad’s Counterclaims is November 29, 2023;
`WHEREAS, ChromaCode and Bio-Rad have previously stipulated twice to extend the
`time for Bio-Rad to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint (Dkt. Nos. 17 & 25);
`WHEREAS, the Court issued an Order granting the second such stipulation on October
`25, 2023 (Dkt. No. 26);
`WHEREAS, ChromaCode and Bio-Rad have conferred and stipulated to extend the time
`for ChromaCode to answer or otherwise respond to Bio-Rad’s Counterclaims from November 29,
`2023 to December 20, 2023; and
`WHEREAS, there have been no previous extensions of the deadline for ChromaCode to
`answer or otherwise respond to Bio-Rad’s Counterclaims;
`THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED that the time for ChromaCode to answer or
`otherwise respond to Bio-Rad’s Counterclaims is extended to December 20, 2023.
`IT IS SO STIPULATED.
