`At the time of service of the documents set forth below, I was over 18 years of age and not a
`party to this action. My business address is Lex Lumina PLLC, 700 S. Flower Street, Suite 1000, Los
`Angeles, CA 90017.
`On November 22, 2023, I served the Complaint (ECF No. 1) and the Summons issued as to
`Nguyen Van Duc (ECF No. 8) on Defendant Nguyen Van Duc via email to vanduc1993@gmail.com
`and duchero93@gmail.com, as authorized by the Court’s Order authorizing alternative service (ECF
`No. 19). I did not receive any electronic message or other indication that these transmissions were
`unsuccessful. Additionally, Google’s records indicate that both accounts were last accessed that day.
`On November 22, 2023, I served the Complaint (ECF No. 1) and the Summons issued as to
`Pham Van Thien (ECF No. 9) on Defendant Pham Van Thien via email to thienpv1982@gmail.com
`and phamthaits@gmail.com, as authorized by the Court’s order permitting alternative service (ECF
`No. 19). I did not receive any electronic message or other indication that these transmissions were
`unsuccessful. Additionally, Google’s records indicate that both accounts remained active and were
`accessed dozens of times after those emails were sent.
`On December 4, 2023, my office caused the Complaint and respective Summonses to
`Defendants Nguyen Van Duc and Pham Van Thien to be transmitted via SMS message to the mobile
`phone numbers set forth in the Court’s Order authorizing alternative service (ECF No. 19). See
`Declaration of Joseph Yeglic, dated December 21, 2023, attached hereto.
`I am a member of the bar of this Court. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is
`true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

`I, JOSEPH YEGLIC, declare as follows:
`1.
`I am the principal of Downrange Technologies, a technology and cyber security
`consulting firm that works with the law firm Lex Lumina PLLC. I submit this declaration based on
`personal knowledge and following reasonable investigation. If called as a witness, I could testify
`competently to the truth of each statement.
`2.
`On December 4, 2023, I transmitted by SMS message to +84 36 7320987 the Complaint
`and Summons to Defendant Nguyen Van Duc in this matter. A screenshot of that SMS message is
`attached hereto as Exhibit A.

`On December 4, 2023, I transmitted by SMS message to +84 94 1951777 and to +84 97
`7276737 the Complaint and Summons to Defendant Pham Van Thien in this matter. Screenshots of
`those SMS messages are attached hereto as Exhibit B.
