`Now before the Court is the Administrative Motion for an Earlier Hearing Date or
`Alternatively to Continue the Trial Date filed by Defendants Emerson Electric Co., Emerson
`Network Power Solutions, Inc., and Liebert Corporation (collectively, “Emerson”). Upon
`consideration of the Administrative Motion for an Earlier Hearing Date Concerning its Dispositive
`and Daubert Motions or Alternatively to Continue the Trial Date and the Declaration of James L.
`Davis, Jr., in Support of the Administrative Motion, the Court finds there to be good cause for
`granting Emerson’s request. The [ ] hearing date for Emerson’s Motion for Summary Judgment
`(Dkt. 1110) and Motion to Exclude Expert Testimony (Dkt. 1109) [ ] trial is rescheduled for
