`JOINT STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE AS TO
`DEFENDANTS EMERSON ELECTRIC CO., EMERSON NETWORK
`POWER SOLUTIONS, INC. and LIEBERT CORPORATION
`WHEREAS, Plaintiffs BladeRoom Group Limited and Bripco (UK) Limited (collectively,
`“BladeRoom”) and Defendants Emerson Electric Co., Emerson Network Power Solutions, Inc.
`and Liebert Corporation (n/k/a Vertiv Corporation1) (collectively, “Emerson”) have entered into a
`confidential written settlement agreement resolving BladeRoom’s claims against Emerson, and
`hereby submit this Stipulation that will only become effective upon Court Order approving it;
`WHEREAS, BladeRoom and Emerson desire and have agreed to dismiss BladeRoom’s
`action against Emerson with prejudice;
`THEREFORE BLADEROOM AND EMERSON HEREBY JOINTLY STIPULATE
`AS FOLLOWS:
`all claims and defenses in the above-captioned matter as between BladeRoom and
`Emerson are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE upon the Court’s Order
`on this Stipulation, with BladeRoom and Emerson to bear their own attorneys’ fees
`and costs; and
` BladeRoom and Emerson waive all their rights of appeal, if any, effective upon the
`entry of the Court’s order approving this Stipulation.

`1 Liebert Corporation (“Liebert”) and Emerson Network Power Solutions, Inc. (“ENPSI”) were
`each named parties in the Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) (Doc. 107). Liebert
`subsequently changed its name to Vertiv Corporation. Also subsequent to the filing of the
`SAC, ENPSI changed its name to Vertiv Solutions, Inc. (“VSI”) and thereafter VSI was
`merged out of existence via a merger into Vertiv Corporation.
