`PLAINTIFFS’ ADMINISTRATIVE MOTION TO STRIKE DOCKET ENTRY NO. 412
`CASE NO. 4:19-CV-04577-JSW
` On July 30, 2025, Jaame, EL (“Objector”) sent a letter to the Court titled “Objection to
`Apple Inc.’s Recent Objection to Claimant’s Relief Request,” which purported to demand a
`payment of $1,000,000. See ECF No. 369. The Court considered objections to the settlement
`(including ECF No. 369) and overruled the objections, finally approving the class action settlement
`in a Final Approval Order . ECF No. 406 at 1 (as amended by ECF No. 413). On September 15,
`2025, the Objector submitted yet another letter to the Court, titled “Second Follow-Up – Immediate
`Disbursement of $1,000,000 Judgment,” purporting to demand a payment of $1,000,000. ECF No.
`412.
`In addition to the fact the Objector’s objection has been overruled by the Court, ECF No.
`406, the Objector did not file a claim to participate in the Settlement. See ECF No. 377-1 ¶ 10.
`And even if the Objector had properly filed a claim , there would be no entitlement to a payment
`for $1,000,000 from the settlement fund created from this Settlement.
`The correspondence represents an inappropriate attempt to circumvent the claims process
`for an improper purpose. Accordingly, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court strike the
`Objector’s letter at Docket Entry No. 412.
`
`
`Dated: September 25, 2025 Respectfully submitted,
`
