`I, ANDREA FARAH, declare as follows:
`1. I am an attorney duly licensed to practice before all the courts of the State of New
`York. I am admitted pro hac vice before this Court in the above-referenced matter. I am an attorney
`at the law firm Lowey Dannenberg, P.C., and counsel of record for Plaintiffs Fumiko Lopez
`(individually and as guardian of Plaintiff A.L.), John Troy Pappas, and David Yacubian

`2. I submit this D eclaration in support of Plaintiffs’ Administrative Motion Strike
`Docket Entry No. 412.
`3. On July 30, 2025, Jaame, EL (“Objector”) sent a letter to the Court titled “Objection
`to Apple Inc.’s Recent Objection to Claimant’s Relief Request,” which purported to demand a
`payment of $1,000,000. See ECF No. 369. The Court considered the objections, including of the
`Objector and overruled the objections at the Final Approval Hearing on August 22, 2025 and
`granted final approval to the Settlement in a Final Approval Order dated September 4, 2025. See
`ECF No. 406 at 1 (as amended by ECF No. 413).
`4. On September 15, 2025, the Objector submitted yet another letter to the Court, titled
`“Second Follow-Up – Immediate Disbursement of $1,000,000 Judgment,” purporting to demand
`a payment of $1,000,000. ECF No. 412.
`5. The Objector did not file a claim to participate in the Settlement. The deadline to
`file claims was July 2, 2025.
