`The Court provides a free program to help people resolve their Small Claims case online without a
`court hearing. This program is called Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).

`your hearing to complete ODR.

`Free Help: You can request free help from a mediator after both sides register for ODR. Mediators
`can help you use ODR to reach a settlement agreement. Mediators are provided by mediation
`agencies, not by the Court.

`You can avoid a court hearing. If you reach a settlement agreement, ODR will put it in the proper
`form and send it to the Court. If approved, your hearing will be cancelled.
`
`You must attend your hearing if you do not have a court-approved Settlement Agreement by
`two (2) court days before your hearing, and you were not dismissed from the case. You may

`Confidentiality: ODR does not become part of your case file. Judges and court staff cannot see
