`ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY REQUIREMENTS

`IT IS THE POLICY OF THE SUPERIOR COURT THAT EVERYCIVIL

`JUDICIAL ARBITRATION, THE EARLY SETTLEMENT PROGRAM OR
`SOME SUITABLE FORM OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

`PRIOR TO A MANDATORY SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE OR TRIAL.
`
`Plaintiff must serve a copyof the Alternative Dispute Resolution Information Package on each
`defendantalong with the complaint. All counsel must discuss ADR with clients and opposing
`counsel and provideclients with a copy of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Information
`Packageprior to filing the Case Management Statement.
