`Plaintiff Rebecca Dallas, individually and as successor-in-interest to Plaintiff Etha;n Dallas
`(collectively “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Roblox Corporation (“Roblox™) and Disciord Inc.
`(“Discord”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), through their respective counsel, hereby
`stipulate as follows: 1

`WHEREAS, on September 12, 2025, Plaintiff initiated this action by filing her Co!mplaint;
`
`WHEREAS, Defendant Discord was served on October 10, 2025;
`
`WHEREAS, Defendant Roblox was served on October 13, 2025; '
`
`WHEREAS, the last day for Defendant Discord to respond to the Complaint is November
`10, 2025;
`
`WHEREAS, the last day for Defendant Roblox to respond to the Complaint is N?ovember
`12, 2025;
`
`WHEREAS, Defendants Roblox and Discord intend to file both motions to; compel
`arbitration and demurrers; ' ’
`
`WHEREAS, Defendant Roblox’s and Discord’s foflhco@né motions to compel arbitration
`would resolve key issues of jurisdiction before their demurrers; and I
`
`WHEREAS, the Parties find that a phased briefing and hearing schedule would promote
`judicial economy and conserve the resources of the Parties. |
`
`IT IS THEREFORE STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the Parties,? through
`their undersigned counsel of record, the new briefing and hearing schedule will be as follows:
`
`e Plaintiff agrees to provide Defendants with all applicable username(s) and associatied email
`address(es) or phone number(s) for Plaintiff’s Roblox and Discord accounts by no iater than
`November 5, 2025.
`
`e Defendants Roblox’s and Discord’s motions to compel arbitration shall be due no l;ater than
`December 17, 2025. |
`
`e Plaintiff’s opposition to Defendants Roblox’s and Discord’s motions to compel ar!bitration
`shall be due no later than January 26, 2026. |
