`Plaintiff Prager University and Defendants Google LLC and YouTube, LLC
`(“Defendants"), through their undersigned counscl, hereby stipulate as follows:
`WHEREAS,the Case Management Conference in this complex designated civil litigation
`was held in Department l ofthe above-titled Court on April 26, 2019, the Honorable Brian C.
`Walsh presiding.
`WHEREAS, as set forth in the parties’ Joint Case Management Conference Statement,
`Plaintiffanticipates filing a First Amended Complaint (the “FAC”) and filing a Motion for
`Preliminary Injunction; Defendants anticipate filing an opposition to the Motion for Preliminary
`Injunction and responding to Plaintiff‘s FAC by filing a Demurrerand/or a Special Motion to
`Strike pursuant to Cal. Code Civ. Proc. §425.16 (California “anti-SLAPP” statute); and
`WHEREAS,the parties have agreed to the following briefing schedule for their anticipated
`motions
`l. Prager University may file a First Amended Complaint and/or a Motion for a Preliminary
`Injunction on or before Monday, May20, 2019;
`2. Defendants shall file a response to the First Amended Complaint (a Demurrer and/or a
`Special Motion to Strike under the anti-SLAPP statute), as well as an opposition to
`Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction on or before Monday, July 1, 2019;
`3. PragerU shall file its opposition to any pending Demurrer and/or Special Motion to Strike
`filed by Defendants and/or a reply in support ofits Motion for Preliminary Injunction on or
`before Friday, August 16, 2019;
`4. Defendants may file a reply in support ofits Demurrer and/or Special Motion to Strike on
`or before Monday, September30, 2019; .
`WHEREAS,the Court and the parties agreed to notice these anticipated motions for
`hearing on Friday, October ll, 2019.
`WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to stay all discovery and case management scheduling
`until afier the Court settles the pleadings. Should Plaintiff seek to open discovery before the Court
`has ruled on the parties’ anticipated motions, Plaintiffmayfile a motion requesting that relief.
`WHEREAS, under California Rule ofCourt 3.1 l 13(d) the maximum number ofpages
`ordinarily allowed for memoranda in support ofand in opposition to a Motion for Preliminary
`Injunction, Demurrer, or Special Motion to Strike is 15 pages;

`WHEREAS,the parties agree that the Complaint, Plaintiff‘s Motion for Preliminary
`Injunction, and Defendants’ Demurrer and/or Special Motion to Strike, will raise a number of
`important questions concerning federal and state law that implicate matters offree speech and
`public policy. As a result, the undersigned parties believe that the Court will benefit from longer
`memoranda of law that will permit the parties to provide full and complete legal arguments.
`Accordingly, pursuant to California Rule ofCourt 3.] l l3(e), the parties stipulate and
`jointly request that the Court order as follows:
`l. Plaintiffand Defendants may submit opening and opposition briefs for Plaintiff’s
`Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Defendants’ Demurrer and/or Special Motion to Strike that
`are no longer than 25 pages; and
`2. Plaintiff and Defendants may submit reply briefs in support ofPlaintiff’s Motion
`for Preliminary Injunction and Defendants’ Demurrer and/or Special Motion to Strike that are no
`longer than 15 pages.
