`move to dismiss Plaintiff’s complaint in its entirety pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of

`Civil Procedure.

`Plaintiff asserts “buyer conspiracy” and monopsonization claims under federal antitrust law
`
`and identical claims under the Connecticut Antitrust Act (“CAA”) and the Connecticut Unfair Trade
`
`Practices Act (“CUTPA”). Plaintiff’s complaint should be dismissed for the reasons stated in the
`
`accompanying Memorandum of Law.
