`Pursuant to the Court’s Pretrial Preferences, Plaintiffs respectfully submit this notice of
`supplemental authority concerning Defendants’ pending motions to dismiss. (Dkt. Nos. 465 &
`466.) In a decision today in United States v. Patel, et al., Case No. 3:21-cr-220 (D. Conn.)
`(VAB), which is the criminal companion case to this matter, Judge Victor A. Bolden denied the
`criminal defendants’ joint motion to dismiss the indictment in its entirety, see Dkt. No. 257
`
`(Dec. 2, 2022) (attached hereto as Exhibit A).
