`
`Defendant(s).
`
`Kaelyn Kowalik, whose business address is 6400 Sheridan Drive, Suite 138 Williamsville,

`
`i,
`
`Iam employed as an Account Administrator and have access to pertinent records for

`
`I have access to and have reviewed the electronic records pertaining to the account

`Pes CA LCULATEINTEREST
`We calculate interest for each Billing Cycle using the Average Daily Balance {including new Purchases and Cash Advances) mathod. A separate daily balance is
`calculated for each balance type. These balance types include, for example, Standard Purchases, Cash Advances, and different Promotional Purchases.
`
`How We Get To The Average
`Daily Batance
`
`How WeGetThe Interest Charge
`For Each Balance Type
`
`How We Get TheInterest Charge
`For TheBilling Cycle
`
`Wetake the starting balance each day for each balance type, add any new Purchases and adjustments posted
`that day, includingbilled interest and billed fees, and subtract any payments and credits (treating any net credit
`balance as zero}. This gives us the daily balance. Then, we add upall the daily balances for the Billing Cycle
`and divide the total by the number of days in the Billing Cycle. The result is the Average Daily Balance for each
`balancetype.
`
`We multiply each Average Daily Balance for the Billing Cycle by the number of days in the Billing Cycle. Then
`we multiply this by the Daily Periodic Rate. This gives us the daily interest charges for aach of your differant bal-
`ancas. “Daily Periodic Rate"Is a dally interest rate. The daily periodic rate for a given balance is equal to the APR
`for that balance divided by 365.
`Wewill than add uptheinterest for all the balance types, to get tha interest for the Account.
