`occupied by you at 2750 Reservoir Avenue, Apartment # 111, Trumbull, CT 06611 (hereinafter, the “Premises”),
`on or before Friday, October 21, 2022 for the following reasons:

`Youoriginally had the right or privilege to occupy the Premises but such rightor privilege has
`been terminated.

`Any payments tendered after the date specified for you to quit possession of the Premises stated within this notice

`Senior Living LLC reserves the right to continue with any eviction action regardless of acceptance of any such
`payment(s), which will not, under any circumstances, be considered paymentofrent.
