`moves for further supplemental judgment in accordance with the proposed judgment file filed
`
`herewith.

`1.
`
`A Judgment of Foreclosure by Sale entered in this matter on January 11, 2021,
`
`and the Court designated April 10, 2021 as the sale date.
`
`2.
`
`In connection with the Judgment and Bill of Costs, the Court has determined the
`
`following amounts are due and owing:
`

`The Court appointed Richard Arconti as the Committee to conduct the sale of the

`premises known as 28 Grove Place in Danbury, Connecticut (the “Premises”).

`
`Richard Arconti thereafter sold the Premises to Nabila Mohsin for $234,000.00 on
`
`April 10, 2021. The Committee deposited $25,000.00 with the Court along with the sale balance
`
`in the amount of $209,000.00.
`
`
`
`5.
`
`The Committee has been awarded fees and expenses in the amounts of $2,380.00
`
`and 875.50, respectively. The appraiser was awarded an additional $350.00.
`

`Benchmark Municipal Tax Services, LTD. was substituted as the party plaintiff
`
`on February 8, 2021 (“Benchmark”). On July 12, 2021, Benchmark filed a Motion for
`
`Supplemental Judgment wherein the debt, fees and costs were updated for an additional
`
`deduction from sale proceeds.

`$42,312.01, shall disburse the balance of sale proceeds in the amount of $188,082.49 to the
`
`defendant, Christine L. Cormier.

`FURTHER SUPPLEMENTAL JUDGMENT
`
`A decree of Foreclosure by Sale having been rendered in this matter on January 11, 2021,
`
`and the case having come to the present time for the rendering of further supplemental judgment and
`
`the appearing parties having again appeared and been fully heard with no exception to the appraisal
`
`or the Report of Sale having been filed, the Court finds that the liened premises described in the
`
`decree were not redeemed and instead were sold by Richard Arconti, , Jr., Esq., appointed for that
`
`purpose to sell the same (the "Committee"), and that the Committee has executed and submitted for
`
`the approval of this Court a conveyance of the property to Nabila Mohsin, and has brought into
`
`Court the proceeds of the sale totaling $234,000.00, the sale price for the property being more than
`
`the substituted party plaintiff's judgment debt, interest and costs, and made return of his doings, as
`
`on file; and the appraiser has appraised the property known as 28 Grove Place in Danbury,
`
`Connecticut, under oath with a value of $272,000.00 and made return of such appraisal to the Clerk
`
`of this Court, as on file; all of which have been done pursuant to said decree.
`
`On July 12, 2021, the plaintiff filed a Motion for Supplemental Judgment seeking fees and
`
`expenses which the Court granted on July 30, 2021 as follows:
