`The Plaintiff, MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT,INC (The “Plaintiff’), in the above entitled

`action, to correct the Court record and avoid further confusion, respectfully requests this Court
`
`correct the total amount of the Judgment.
`
`In support of its Motion, Plaintiff represents as follows:
`
`1. Onor about January 3, 2024, Plaintiff's Small Claims Writ and Notice of Suit (“Writ
`
`Packet") requested Judgment in the amountclaimed of $1,015.29 plus costs of action in the amount
`
`of $103.05, for a total Judgment amountof $1,118.34. (See Entry Numbers 100.30 to 100.33.) On
`
`April 1, 2024, the Court entered Judgmentin favor of the Plaintiff in the principal amount of $1,015.39
`
`plus costs of action in the amount of $103.05, for a total Judgment amountof $1,118.44.

`The Court Judgment Notice incorrectly lists the amount claimed as $1,015.39 whenit
`
`should be $1,015.29. The Court Judgment Notice incorrectly lists the total amount of judgment as

`$1,118.44 whenit should be $1,118.34. (See Entry Number 104.00.)
