`JUDGMENT

`and | at the time of his death were legally married and recognized me as his wife and st;

`Connecticut,_IRS, and the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services.
`
`Priorto my being appointed as Fiduciary and Executrix ofrmy deceased husband’s estate, I was sent by my
`
`then attorney an assignment of mortgage.
`
`I was informed that I would have to personally file this with
`
`Bridgeport Land Records office which I did in January 2014. Also, I paid the filing fee.
`
`Charles’ probate case closed on May 8, 2017.
`
`In 2006, my deceased husband took out a reverse mortgage with the Bank of New York. On the application,
`which I am in possession of, it is checked of "X" under the box “Married”, thus making all parties who are
`
`really knowledgeable of this note of his marital status.
`
`| accompanied my husband Charles Bayford during the

`application process and also/the closing. My name was listed as an "Alternate Person”.

`Charles had cancer at the time and heart problems. Later in 2008, he had a defibrillator implant (EXHIBIT A).
`
`It was imperative that all utilities such as a working landline, electricity, etc. was on at all times. Interestingly,
`
`afterbeingableto access my house on April 15, 2014, after7:30 p.m., I had seen where someone had ope?

`the monitor box.
`
`I scanned Charles every three(3) months with theat monitor that was installed and kept on
`
`continually 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
`
`In 2011, Charles was diagnosed with another form of cancer. His treatment consisted of radiation, steroid
`
`therapy, and a few major surgeries. He never complained of pain.
`
`l was Charles’ Health Care Representative
`
`and also had Power of Attorney up until his death on October 29, 2013.
`
`Charles had been back and forth to the hospital many times in 2013. He had two admissions for short term
`
`rehabilitative services at a skilled nursing facility in 2013. Paramedics’were called at times because he
`
`experienced numerous vomiting episodes. A few pieces of furniture such as the bed and living room sectional
`
`were soiled as a result. Charles also was diagnosed with MRSA.
`
`In September 2013, I began receiving notices from Champion (EXHIBIT B) REGARDING Charles. To this day, I
`
`am baffled about the legalities of Champion Mortgage inquiries as to why.
`
`I still have on my voicemail, his
`
`beautiful, deep voice saying, "Sandy, I want to go home!” I replied to him that he would as soon as he got
`
`well.
`
`In August 2013, I took out a loan to modify the house so ramps and chair lifts could be put in. Also, I
`
`applied to the Veteran’s Office in Bridgeport for a Handicapped sign (EXHIBIT C). You will see the denial.
`
`|
`
`asked for it since at that time both Charles and I were disabled. Drug activity was taking place on the street
`and unknown car? were parking in front of the house.
`If the ambulances had to get there to bring him down
`the walkway (which did happen a few times), the cars would be in the way.
`
`Charles and I were very private people and took pride in our house and obeyed the laws. Charles was a proud
`
`Korean War Veteran. During Charles’ hospital stays, he was very concerned that I would be in the house
`
`alone. Charles was protective of me and worried about my safety. He and I did not know all of the people
`living on the street or know them by their names. Many seemed unfriendly or just stayed to themselves.
`
`After I laid Charles to rest on November 1, 2013 in the town of Bridgeport where he was born and raised, the
`
`nightmare with Nationstar/Champion began.
`
`I was bombarded with calls, notices, etc., no acknowledgement
`
`that I was grieving and just lost my husband, lack of compassion and empathy, just an ongoing display of
`
`ruthless activity focused against Charles and me. Charles could not defend himself— he was dead. (EXHIBITS
`
`C- NOTICES)>
`
`Our homeowner’s insurance company sent out a packet to me expressing their condolences and included
`
`valuable information to help me through this trying time.
`
`I could not grieve properly because of the assaults
`
`

`

`both callous and demeaning clearly demonstrated by Nationstar/Champion’s actions. Shortly after, I was
`
`hospitalized due to the stress.
`
`EXHIBIT D will give you insight as to one of their outrageous behaviors detailed in emails to my Attorney
`
`Candace Fay and case rulings in FBT—CV—14-6042205-S.
`
`I thought the definition of law was to monitor social
`
`behaviors. FBT-CV-176062023-S, EXHIBIT E has an email dating November 2016. While I was at the
`
`Cardiologist’s office, I received a phone call from a friend who regularly drove by to check the house and
`
`spotted notices.
`
`EXHIBIT F will show statements from Bank of New York and EverBank.
`
`I filed my Objection to Plaintiff’s
`
`Motion for Summary Judgment indicating the renaming of Bank of New York.
`
`Pertinent facts are that Charles did enter into a reverse mortgage with Bank of New York. EXHIBIT G are the
`
`rulings of FBT-CV-14-6042205—S as well as pending cross complain which was finally noted _by Plaintiff in the
`Memorandum in Support of Summary Judgment — FBT-CV-176062023-S. Plaintiff cites they had no duty to
`
`me. However, I find that confusing because they are suing me.
`
`FACTS:
`
`1.
`
`ADT Security Services was active on February 21, 2014. EXCHIBITS H validate current payments and a
`
`active status.
`
`2.
`
`United Illuminating service was active February 21, 2014. EXHIBITS | validates current payments and active status.
`
`3.
`
`Aquarion Water service was not working properly on February 21, 2014, but current payments and active
`
`status is documented.
`
`4.
`
`Real Estate tax payments has already been submitted as EXHIBIT C in Objection to Plaintiff’s Motion
`
`For SummaryJudgment, dated June 16, 2017.
`
`5.

`The Hartford Homeowner’s Insurance was current and active on February 21, 2017. (EXHIBIT K).
`
`In fact, The
`
`Hartford cancelled the homeowner’s insurance on May 10, 2015, Charles birthday.
`
`

`| contracted with a private investigation company to protect and secure the property since August 31, 2013.
`
`They also provided to me personal protection.
`
`7.

`EXHIBIT L — Karpilow Locksmith. Plaintiff’s memorandum of summary judgment asserts "securing the property.”
`
`Changing locks and locking people out of their residences cannot secure a property particularly when as I have
`
`Done, change the locks again. No paragraph details actions such as "changing locks” are cited in my deceased
`
`husband’s note.
`
`8.

`Due to negative attention brought to the house at 39 Clearview Drive, Bridgeport CT, vandalism occurred
`
`around the house as well as the car cover on the car.
`
`I had to replace it at least four (4) times. This is
`
`confirmed in my report to Bridgeport Probate Court regarding expenses.
`
`9.
`
`In January 2017, I checked the inside of the house and noticed mold growing on both banisters leading down to
`
`the finished basement.
`
`This white, grey rough matter appeared to be on the walls leading down to the basement,
`
`thus making it medically dangerous for me to enter the premises again.
`
`10. When the, bank removed our names from the account with United Illuminating, I was not able to put it back
`
`under my name. No electricity has been running to the house since the bank put the account in their name as
`
`they did with the water company.
`
`11.
`
`In May 2014, while there at 39 Clearview Drive with my landscaper to cut the grass, a woman drove up, got
`
`out and began snapping pictures. She refused to tell me who she was. Instead with a very strong accent, '
`
`she said, "Oh, you bought the house back from the bank again?” Very rude and she was told to get off the
`premise as I was going to call the Police. When she got back into the car, she slowed down in front of us, and
`
`said, "Hope you take good picture! Take good pictures!" I reported this to my Attorney Candace Fay.
`
`12. I have enclosed pictures of the house in 2014 after the illegal entry. The bankand Five Brothers denied having
`
`knowledge of the house when contacted by Attorney Candace Fay. My pictures showed they did.
`

`13. Nationstar states that it was on February 12, 2014 when they changed locks. My police reports and ADT
`
`reports prove otherwise. Incidentally, someone during 2014 cut my ADT sign vertically in half.
`

`14.
`
`I enlisted snow removal services in 2014. The dates Nationstar reports changing the locks show the weather
`
`was icy and snowy in Bridgeport that month.
`
`15.
`
`In August 2013, my car was totaled in a hit and run one night after being with Charles at the hospital.
`
`I was
`
`seriously injured.
`
`It was difficult to constantly walk up and down the walkway or climb porch stairs. When
`
`Nationstar began with the threats, I was afraid not to make it up the walkway to show I lived there. The
`
`pain I experienced then and now was exasperated by Nationstar and their relentless attacks.
`
`It is a wonder that I
`
`did not die during that horrific time.
`
`16. According to Nationstar/Champion,The Hartford and my then attorney, I had up until six (6) months to decide
`
`on any actions from the time of my deceased husband’s death which would bring it up to April 29,2014
`
`not February 21, 2014 or as cited by Nationstar, February 12, 2014. The Hartford representative had
`
`conversations with Nationstar/Champion and never was given definitive answers to her questions. Instead,
`
`she was transferred to one department, then another, or silence.
`
`17. HUD in September 2013 had been sued by AARP regarding displaced spouses.
`
`I have submitted EXHIBIT M — court
`
`rulings.
`
`I, at the time of foreclosure would have been under a protective class when foreclosure actions were
`
`initiated by Nationstar/Champion. My husband Charles died n October 29, 213.
`
`18..Charles’ name was never listed as father on the birth certificate ofJanie Arnold Moresi Mallory. She had never used
`
`his last name. On February 11,2004, Charles went to Bridgeport Vital records and could not getla copy of her
`
`birth certificate. His name was not on it. Joseph Arnold was listed as her father.
`

`19. Loretta Lynch was not Attorney General of the United States in February 2017. She is listed on the
`
`supplemental return. As ofJanuary 20, 2017, she was no longer Attorney General of the United States.
`
`20. As a result of Nationstar/Champion ’s actions allowing strangers into my home, I have become a victim
`
`of identity theft. EXHIBITS N. Strangers rummaging through my home‘and being sent letters from
`
`unknown sources offering to buy my house.
`
`21. The plaintiff did not include any documentation as to how they arrived at the figures in their complaint.
`
`I challenge all costs, fees, appraisers, inspections, etc., as they outlined.
`
`l have other evidence in support of my Objection to Plaintiff’s Motion For Summary Judgment. However, due to the
`
`highly sensitive nature of this information I am asking the court to seal this case.
`
`I am asking the Court to deny Plaintiff’s Motion For Summary Judgment.
